From the title of this post I’m sure you can guess where I’ve been the last three months… that’s right, off giving birth to my second son.
But while I was away I took a few notes and came up with the brilliant idea for a series of post that will focus on how to maintain a Paleo lifestyle during and after pregnancy, including the ups and downs you face due to cravings, and exercise.
The posts will focus mainly on nutrition and exercise pre- and post-delivery with the hopes of guiding pregnant women to healthier, clean living while emphasizing both mental and physical wellness.
