One of the first workouts I signed up for after having my little one was on web fitness portal, Wello. Though I didn’t know much about it, I was excited to be able to work with a trainer from the comfort of my home. The experience was amazing and the trainer was top notch (like my body ached top notch). He was encouraging and emailed me prior to make sure I was prepared and checked in after. In short, Wello was the just the push I needed to get back on track.

In keeping with our #FreeWorkout updates on Facebook this weekend, here’s one for this week that should not be missed! Wello is offering a 60 minute workout hosted by celebrity fitness trainer Kristin McGhee for $1.99.

Here’s a little about Kristin and her S3 (Strong, Sexy, Svelte) workout.

Kristin’s signature blend of vinyasa and strengthening yoga plus core work and Pilates is the perfect mix for a workout. Keep your body guessing and have fun while getting strong, sexy, and svelte! This workout will accommodate participants of all levels and you won’t need any equipment beyond your computer, webcam, & internet!

Kristin works with elite athletes, models, and celebrities including Tina Fey, Steve Martin, LeAnn Rimes, and Bethenny Frankel. Her instruction is highly sought after as she delivers results through her unique workouts. She invites you to enjoy the journey of working out with her on Wello.

Wello offer members the ability to live stream workouts with some of the top personal trainers all from the comfort of your home.
